 Philips HTS-3565 5.1 Hi-Def Home Cinema with iPod Dock 

Complete home theater: The Philips HTS-3565 features an upconverting DVD player: When connected to an HDTV via HDMI connection, the DVD player digitally up-converts the resolution of standard DVDs to 1080p high definition for super-sharp images. It also comes with a dock for your iPod, as well as USB connectivity. You also get an FM tuner with 40 station presets, and an equalizer with eight settings…from Action to Rock.

HDMI output: Along with an HDMI output, there is a Hi-speed USB connection (to be used with Flash drive or other USB-enabled device), MP3 Line-in, Component video output, S-Video out, Composite video output, Digital coaxial input, and Auxiliary input.

Dolby Digital and ProLogic II decoding: The HTS-3565 has the benefits of Dolby Digital and Dolby Pro Logic II sound decodings. While Dolby Digital gives you true 5.1 channel surround sound (giving each seperate audio channel its own speaker), Pro Logic II gives you 5.1 sound from only two channels of audio. You’ll sound as if you’re right in the middle of your movie…or at the center of a concert.

DivX playback: Aside from being able to enjoy downloaded videos in the DivX format, the HTS-3565 also handles MPEG1, MPEG2, DivX 3.11, DivX 4.x, DivX 5.x, DivX 6.0, and DivX Ultra; DVD-Video, Video CD/SVCD, DVD+/-R, DVD+/-RW, DVD+/-R, CD, CD-R/RW, WMA, MP3 and JPEG.
